This video is a collaboration between Mrs. Baker and Miss Kate. The idea was planted this summer during a conversation in the Tech. Lab about a book Miss Kate was reading. The book was Spark written by John J. Ratley, MD. This book showed, through research and case studies, that in order for your brain to function at its peak, your body needs to move.
